Zixiao (Lea) Li worked as an intern in the corporate communications department for The Walt Disney Company in Shanghai for 6 months. Despite being new to the workforce Lea settled into the team very well, quickly learned her responsibilities and had a clear sense of accountability. She developed strong organizational relationships and quickly built a network that enhanced her effectiveness. Lea took the time to learn the industry, understood constituents and developed strategies to achieve business objectives.
